This 75μm thermal synthetic label material is coated with anti-fog hot melt adhesive, specially developed for variable information printing in environments with temperature differences and condensation. The 75-micron synthetic face stock features excellent tear resistance, water resistance and dimensional stability, far superior to ordinary paper thermal labels. Its anti-fog hot melt backing glue can maintain stable adhesion when water mist and condensate form on the substrate surface. The adhesive will not lose stickiness, peel off or foam under cold and humid conditions. The top thermal coating delivers clear, scratch-resistant black printout via direct thermal printers, requiring no ribbon. The material resists oil, mild chemicals and moisture, and does not turn soft or deform after contact with water. It is suitable for long-term identification in harsh humid and low-temperature working conditions.
